Take I-81 North to exit 150B. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. At your first light, turn right onto Route 220, North. Follow 220 North for approximately 35 miles to I-64 and Clifton Forge. Take I-64 West. Go a few miles and take the Low Moor exit. Turn right at the exit and then left at the stop sign. Continue for approximately 3 miles. The school is on the right, behind a golf course.

Take 581 to route 460, East. Follow 460 East for approximately 54 miles towards Lynchburg. Take Route 29 North for about 15 miles (through Madison Heights). After Madison Heights, take Business Route 29. Amherst is immediately after Sweet Briar. Look for the signs.

Take 220 South out of Roanoke. Go approximately 39 miles. Take the Basset/Fieldale Exit (57-A). Turn right. Go approximately 1 mile. School is on the left. The sign is very small!

Take I-81 South to exit 118B, towards Virginia Tech. Continue to follow signs to Virginia Tech through Christiansburg and into Blacksburg. Continue on 460 West. Once near Virginia Tech, go beyond Tech and follow 460 W to the Tom's Creek Road exit. Go right at the light onto Tom's Creek Road. At the next traffic light, go left onto Patrick Henry Drive. Follow Patrick Henry Drive through two lights, over Main Street. The school will be on the left, approximately ½ mile beyond Main Street.

Take I-81 south to exit 118B. At the exit, follow towards Blacksburg. Once you are on the bypass, take the Christiansburg exit. At the first light, make a U-turn at the Sheetz station. Go over the railroad tracks, through the first light and take a right at the second light onto Independence Blvd. The school is on the right.

Follow 460 East towards Lynchburg. Take the Route 29 Bypass. Look for City Stadium-Lynchburg College exit. Exit right to City Stadium.

Follow 220 South to second Rocky Mount exit. Take a left at the exit light onto Route 40 North. School is on the left side of the street ½ mile up.

Follow 220 South. Take Martinsville/Collinsville exit to 58 East. Once in Danville, take the Route 29 South exit. Take a right at the first light into the school.

Follow 220 South to 58 East. Continue on 58 East to South Boston. At the 2nd traffic light in South Boston (Burger King at the intersection), turn left onto Hamilton Avenue. Follow this through town and take a right at the 1st traffic light. The school will be on the right side.

Take 460 east towards Lynchburg. You will take the Timberlake Road exit. Stay on Timberlake for several miles. Take a right onto Ward's Ferry Road and a right into the school. The gym is in the back of the school.

Take Route 460 East towards Bedford. Take third Bedford Exit – turn left go under 460. Turn right onto Independence Blvd. Follow Independence Blvd. For about 1-1 ½ miles. At light, turn right onto 221 N. (Forest Rd.). Follow Forest Road 12 miles. Turn left at the light onto 663 (Perrowville Road). School is about 0.3 miles on the right.

Take I-81 North to exit 150B. Take a right at the end of the ramp and right at the light onto 220 North. School will be on the left approximately 2 miles from the interstate.

Take I-81 South to exit 98 (Dublin). Take a left at the light at McDonalds (Alexander Road.) Take a right at the end of the road (Volvo Plant). Follow the Cougar Paws to the school on the right.

Take 581 to the Elm Street exit. Go right at the top of exit. Go past the Kroger Shopping Center, bear left at the light. Take a right onto Washington Ave. (Route 24). School will be on the left, approximately 2 miles up.
