New Student Info

🎉 Welcome to Hidden Valley High School!

We are so excited to have you join the Titan family! New student enrollment meetings with a counselor are by appointment only. Enrollment paperwork/packets are available if parents/guardians would like to complete the paperwork prior to the meeting time (recommended). Please contact the School Counseling Department Secretary at (540) 776-7320 to pick up an enrollment packet or to schedule an appointment.

📅 Please schedule your child's enrollment appointment as soon as possible to avoid delays at the start of the school year.


📋 Required Information for Enrollment:

The following documents must be provided during the new student enrollment meeting:

  1. Withdrawal or notification from your previous school
  2. Original Birth Certificate (photocopies are not acceptable)
  3. Residency Documentation: Acceptable documentation includes:
    • 📜 A copy of either a mortgage, lease, or real estate tax statement for your principal residence in Roanoke County.
    • 🏡 If you reside with someone else and do not have a mortgage, lease, or property tax statement, you must provide:
      • - A mortgage, lease, or property tax statement from the homeowner, along with a notarized statement that you (parent/guardian and child) live at that address.
      • - Another valid document from the list of alternate proof of residency (e.g., payroll check stub, utility bill, etc.).
  4. Former school information (copy of School Record, unofficial Transcript, Final Report Card)
  5. Immunization Certificate with clinical signatures, including second MMR, Hepatitis B series, Dtap booster, and school entrance physical
  6. Custody information (if applicable)

⚠️ **This information must be present at the time of enrollment. The parent/guardian must obtain all necessary copies directly from the respective institutions and have them in-hand during the enrollment meeting.**
