National History Club & Scholar Society

The National History Scholars Society is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding secondary students with a love for history.  Membership in NHSS is a prestigious achievement, requiring enrollment in advanced history courses, a 3.0 overall GPA, and a 3.5 Social Studies GPA.

For the 2024-2025 school year The National History Scholars Society will begin accepting applications December 9th-13th.  

Information about requirements as well as the application form can be found below. You can also pick up an application form outside of Mrs. Winterer’s door, room 224. Applications require counselor verification of courses and grades. Members who joined last year DO NOT need to reapply this year.
