All orders should be placed by December 1st. After this date, a late fee may be added.
In-Person Ordering
Orders can be placed in person on:
Wednesday, Oct. 8th
during all lunch periods.
Online Ordering
Online orders can be placed anytime by following the directions below at:

Important Policy Change
We have recently changed vendors from Herff Jones to Jostens.
Due to the difference in cap and gown colors and fabrics, we are asking **ALL** seniors to order a cap and gown package from Jostens this year to ensure uniformity at the graduation ceremony.
The only required purchase is the basic cap and gown unit.
How to Order Online
*Jostens offers a wide variety of optional items. The only required purchase is the basic cap and gown unit.*
- Go to www.jostens.com
- Click “Shop School Store”
- Search Hidden Valley High School – VA (please be sure to select the VA school.)
- Select “Graduation”
- Under the “Cap and Gown” section, select “Cap and Gown Unit”
- Enter personal details regarding height and weight
- Select any additional items your graduate may want, but this is not required
- Select “Add to Cart”
- Enter student information and checkout
All cap and gown orders will be shipped to the school and distributed in late March.
Financial Assistance
If any senior has a financial hardship and cannot afford to order a new cap and gown, please reach out to their **counselor** who can assist with procuring these graduation materials for them.
